Build Tracker collects only the information needed to operate the service:
Account information — your name and email address from Google sign-in.
Property and project data — addresses, budgets, checklists, tasks, vendor contacts, and inspection records you create within the app.
Google Sheets access — we request permission to create and edit Google Sheets on your behalf for property-level data sync. We do not access any other files in your Google Drive.
Uploaded files — documents, receipts, and photos you attach to properties.
Your data is used exclusively to provide Build Tracker functionality: tracking properties, managing budgets and tasks, syncing with Google Sheets, and generating portfolio summaries. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted infrastructure. Uploaded files are stored in Supabase Storage. All connections use TLS encryption in transit.
Build Tracker's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Google Sheets and Drive scopes necessary to create and sync property spreadsheets on your behalf.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual properties and their associated data at any time from the dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
