By accessing or using Build Tracker ("the Service"), operated at buildtracker.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Build Tracker is a construction project management tool that helps users track properties, checklists, budgets, tasks, inspections, and vendor relationships. The Service includes a web dashboard, API, and integrations with Google Sheets.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share API keys or access tokens with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Build Tracker, including property details, financial records, documents, and attachments. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service requests access to create and edit Google Sheets and Google Drive files on your behalf. This access is used exclusively to sync property data between Build Tracker and your Google Sheets. We do not read, modify, or delete any files that were not created by the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, using the Service to store illegal content, interfering with the operation of the Service, or exceeding reasonable usage limits.
We strive to keep Build Tracker available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Build Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
